Job opening for a BIM Modeler with a focus on mechanical engineering projects. The role requires a strong foundation in building information modeling and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in structural, civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in BIM Modeling, along with relevant coordination expertise.
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory). Experience in Navisworks and Dynamo is preferable.
• Familiarity with PowerBI is a strong plus.
• Additional expertise in other modeling software is highly valued.
• Solid grasp of MEP/FP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Fire Protection) and Anchors.
• Understanding of the intricate relationship between the commercial and technical facets of engineering work and service offerings.
• Effective oral and written communication skills (English at least B2 level; Dutch professional level is a plus) and exceptional organizational abilities for effective task prioritization within the modeling workflow.
