Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a contract role. About the role

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join them on a contract basis, taking responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects to agreed scope, programme and budget.

The successful candidate will manage projects from preparation through to completion and handover, working with clients, design teams, subcontractors and site colleagues. This includes managing programme, cost and quality, controlling risks and changes, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout. The role is expected to combine office-based coordination with regular site presence.

This is a position for a project manager who is comfortable leading delivery in a busy construction environment and who can balance commercial awareness with technical understanding. It suits someone who communicates clearly with clients and site teams, keeps a firm grip on programme and cost, and is able to work independently within an established delivery structure.

Requirements

Desirable

• Experience on projects in the Netherlands or the wider European market
• Knowledge of Dutch building regulations and construction contract forms
• Dutch language skills
• A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, IPMA or PMP
• Experience with BIM and digital project management tools
