Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the Digital Project Delivery strategies across its Amsterdam data centre projects. You will drive BIM standards, coordinate multi-disciplinary models and oversee the implementation of DPD from pre-contract to handover.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years on multi-disciplinary BIM projects and experience with Revit, Navisworks and BIMCollab. A senior, hands-on, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Computing, Architecture or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary BIM workflows and DPD implementation.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650/BS 1192/PAS 1192.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick-off meetings with consultants and designers.
• Drive DPD strategy deployment from pre-contract to handover.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary models and ensure BIM standards compliance.
• Provide training and support to project teams on digital construction workflows.
