Job summary

A reputable construction firm in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage BIM models across design and production. This role involves conducting clash detection, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting on-site installations. The ideal candidate has strong Revit MEP skills and a background in MEP or building services projects. This position offers a competitive salary between €60,000 and €70,000, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work on innovative projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in MEP or building services projects.
• Strong Revit MEP skills and experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 workflows, COBie, and model data standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multi-discipline BIM models and produce federated models for fabrication and installation.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or Revit and monitor resolution progress.
• Produce outputs to support offsite manufacturing, including spool drawings and assemblies.
