You will learn CRM systems during paid training and support multiple product lines through cross-training, helping customers worldwide with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Qualifications

• Level 4 MBO degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role.
• English and Danish flow smoothly in speech and writing.
• Understanding of how computer systems work.
• Passion for travel, teamwork and an international mindset.
• Flexible, service-oriented, creative and with a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Answer passenger questions on bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades and loyalty programs.
• Provide quick, suitable solutions and strive to exceed passenger expectations.
• Assist customers by phone with reservations and travel-related queries.
