Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Technical Customer Support Consultant who speaks Spanish and English to deliver high-quality technical support for IDEXX diagnostic solutions from our Hoofddorp, NL location. This hybrid role combines remote assistance with onsite collaboration to ensure smooth diagnostics deployment.

You will coordinate installations, troubleshoot hardware and software integrations, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; another language is a plus.
• Experience delivering technical or service support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on IDEXX diagnostic analyzers and software.
