ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner (Dutch/English) for the Netherlands or Poland, in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar, production, technical and retail profiles within a dedicated client environment.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, proactively source talent, assess candidates, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Experience managing full recruitment life cycle in a corporate/in-house setting.
• Proven ability to recruit across blue‑collar, production, technical and retail profiles.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English proficiency.
• Based in the Netherlands or Poland, willing to a hybrid work model.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to reach candidates beyond traditional channels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide consultative support.
• Develop proactive multi-channel sourcing strategies, including hard-to-find talent.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in the Netherlands or Poland, working in a dedicated client environment.

This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, managing multiple requisitions, and proactively identifying and engaging talent across a variety of profiles, with a strong focus on blue-collar, production, technical, and retail positions.

The position requires strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, a proactive and creative approach to reaching hard-to-find talent, and the ability to independently manage recruitment activities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Your responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and provide consultative support.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including alternative approaches for hard-to-find talent.
• Source and assess candidates across blue-collar, production, technical and retail profiles.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate information within the ATS.

Required skills

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, with corporate/in-house recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, production, technical and/or retail profiles.
• Fluent Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in the Netherlands or Poland.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience reaching candidates beyond traditional sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client‑facing environment.
