ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in the Netherlands and Poland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment in a dedicated client environment. You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, and proactively identify talent across blue-collar, production, technical, and retail roles.

The role requires strong consultation, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, leveraging an ATS to maintain

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in an in-house environment preferred.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, production, technical and retail profiles.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English proficiency.
• Based in the Netherlands or Poland; cross-border collaboration.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills; ATS experience.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in the Netherlands or Poland, working in a dedicated client environment. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, managing multiple requisitions, and proactively identifying and engaging talent across a variety of profiles, with a strong focus on blue-collar, production, technical, and retail positions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and provide consultative support. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including alternative approaches for hard-to-find talent. Source and assess candidates across blue-collar, production, technical, and retail profiles. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships. Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate information within the ATS.

Требования:

Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, with corporate/in-house recruitment experience preferred. Experience recruiting blue-collar, production, technical and/or retail profiles. Fluent Dutch and professional working proficiency in English. Based in the Netherlands or Poland. Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience reaching candidates beyond traditional sourcing channels. Excellent communication, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with ATS and recruitment systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
