Job summary

Heartline Search Group is seeking a customer-facing professional to support German customers and collaborate with Dutch and English markets. You will handle orders, product questions, and project quotations, while turning plans into complete product lists.

A family-like team awaits, with onboarding, travel, and clear career paths in an international group. Workload is 24–38 hours weekly with one remote work day after onboarding, plus potential for further flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, C2).
• At least intermediate Dutch (spoken and written, B1).
• Professional phone communication.
• Interest in technical products or structures.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Independent and accurate way of working.
• Availability for 24 to 38 hours per week.
• Availability on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays and Fridays.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with CRM system.
• Proactive, team-oriented, excellent communication skills, curious, service minded.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for German customers.
• Answer questions about orders and products.
• Advise customers on projects.
• Turn construction plans into complete product lists or quotations.
• Process orders, returns and quotations.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer service.
• Support colleagues serving the Dutch and English markets.
