Fastned's inhouse Customer Operations team is seeking a Dutch & English speaking Customer Support Agent. You will handle queries via phone, email, WhatsApp and our app, helping customers navigate our charging network and services with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes and support the mission to accelerate electric mobility. The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, at least 24 hours per week (weekends included) and prior customer

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 24 hours per week, including weekends.
• Experience in customer service; Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and app.
• Guide customers through features and services.
• Update internal databases with feedback about issues and requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
