Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Amsterdam seeks a customer success professional fluent in French and English to support B2B IT customers by phone, email and chat. You will handle licensing, pricing, payment details and order status, and prepare quotes for licenses and renewals.

You will coordinate orders with suppliers and internal teams, keep databases updated, and work with Account Managers, Finance and Tech Support to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (C1-C2) spoken and written.
• At least 3 years in customer service, customer success, or inside sales (B2B/IT).
• Strong commercial mindset and problem-solving skills.
• University degree or equivalent in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in French and English by phone, email, and chat.
• Support customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status.
• Prepare quotes for software licences and renewals; follow up on quotes.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Keep databases updated with customer and order details.
• Work with Account Managers, Finance, Tech Support, and external partners to deliver service.
