Job summary

Bloom & Wild in Amsterdam and London is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Delight teammate to support our customers across channels with Dutch and English. You’ll help resolve questions about deliveries, products, and add-ons, contributing to a thoughtful, responsive customer experience.

The role offers hybrid, flexible patterns (24–40 hours) across Monday to Sunday, with options for remote work in Germany.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English; German and Danish speakers a plus.
• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Comfortable with multi-channel support.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support across channels and respond to inquiries.
• Assist customers with questions about deliveries, products and add-ons.
• Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and speed of response.
