GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for the Benelux region, responsible for providing technical support, training, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires a technical background and fluency in Dutch, along with a passion for solving complex challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support training of the Level 1 hotline for high performance.
• Provide technical support to distributors and installers.
• Conduct installation and service training sessions.
• Collaborate with regional team to enhance service processes.
