Job summary

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Service Engineer Benelux (f/m/d) to manage Level 2 service, train Level 1 team, and support distributors and EPCs across Benelux. You will monitor service KPIs and drive customer satisfaction through remote and on-site trainings with partners.

Collaborating with service, R&D, product managers, and sales, you will help position GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider and foster continuous improvement in the service organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or professional electrician degree in electrical engineering, communication technology or similar.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in technical support in a technical environment.
• Full professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work across Benelux and abroad.
• Exposure to solar, PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing GoodWe’s after-sales activities in Benelux.
• Training and supervising the resources of Level 1 support team.
• Constantly monitoring and analyzing service KPIs including customer satisfaction.
• Providing direct technical support to key distributors and EPCs, including remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.
• Holding customer installation and service trainings, face-to-face and online.
• Proactively improving service processes and tools of GoodWe to increase customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
