Job summary
INFORS HT Benelux in Velp, Netherlands, seeks a service engineer to install, maintain and repair equipment under GMP guidelines. You will train customers, troubleshoot, and support advanced equipment use while ensuring high post-delivery service quality.
Strong diagnostic skills, ERP proficiency, and knowledge of automation, electronics and networks are required. Dutch and English are essential; French and German are a plus. Flexible hours and modern facilities are offered.
Qualifications
- Experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Understanding of computer-based automation systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Experience using ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal customer service after delivery of the goods.
- Providing support for troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced use of the equipment.
- Receiving customer complaints.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Conducting internal and external training for customer.
- Assistance with the creation of service manuals.
