Job summary
Hettich Benelux is seeking a Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair laboratory equipment across the Netherlands. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, inform customers about work performed, and manage calibration data independently while traveling to customer locations. The role is customer-focused and requires hands-on technical expertise.
Minimum 32 hours per week, with a Dutch and English proficient communication style. A valid category B driving license is essential.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical insight and a practical approach.
- Customer and service-oriented attitude.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- A valid category B driving license.
- Minimum availability of 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing laboratory equipment.
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions at customer locations.
- Informing customers about work performed.
- Accurately process calibration data and/or protocols.
- Prepare your work independently.
- Management of your own service stock/company van.
