Job summary

INFORS HT in Velp, Benelux, is seeking a field service-focused professional to ensure top-tier customer service after delivery, troubleshoot and train users on equipment, and manage installation and maintenance in GMP-compliant settings.

Ideal candidates will repair and service electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, and work with ERP systems and TCP/IP networks. Dutch and English fluency is expected; French/German are a plus. Flexible hours and modern working conditions are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical and mechanical installation, automation, and electronics.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Proficiency with Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Ensuring optimal customer service after delivery of the goods.
Providing support for troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced use of the equipment.
Receiving customer complaints.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines.
Conducting internal and external training for customer.
Assistance with the creation of service manuals.
