Job summary

INFORS HT Benelux in Velp seeks a service specialist to support customers after delivery, troubleshoot and train users on complex equipment. You will install, calibrate and repair systems, handle complaints and contribute to service manuals, all while following GMP guidelines.

Strong electrical/mechanical installation and automation knowledge, plus ERP and TCP/IP/networking experience, are essential. Dutch and English fluent; French/German a plus.

Qualifications

Experience installing, maintaining and repairing equipment.
GMP guidelines knowledge and compliance.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Experience with ERP systems and Office tools.
Fluency in Dutch and English; French and German a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal customer service after delivery of goods.
Provide troubleshooting, functional testing and advanced use support.
Receive and manage customer complaints.
Install, maintain and repair equipment per GMP guidelines.
Conduct internal and external training for customers.
Assist with creation of service manuals.
