Job summary

Led Techno is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain and repair laboratory equipment at client sites across the Netherlands. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high service quality with clear customer communication.

You will advise customers on proper use and maintenance, contribute ideas for process improvements, and work independently on site as well as in a team. A relevant electrical/measurement degree and Dutch language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-friendly, communicative and initiative-taking.
• Team player who can work independently on client sites.
• Good PC knowledge and language skills (Dutch; French/English optional).

Responsibilities

What will you do?

You work daily at our clients' locations and are responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment. You resolve technical problems and ensure structured and customer-friendly contact. You advise clients on correct use and maintenance and guarantee excellent service quality. You contribute ideas for process improvement and service optimization.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a degree in electricity, electromechanics, measurement and control technology, or equivalent.
• You have good electrical knowledge and enjoy working on technical problem-solving.
• You are customer-friendly, communicative, and take initiative.
• You are a team player, but can work independently on location.
• You have good PC knowledge
• You have a command of Dutch and can manage in French or English.
• Both experienced technicians and starters are welcome.
