Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business.
• 10+ years’ experience in Sales such as Solutions Sales or Management Consulting, and relevant experience in a sales leadership role.
• Experience building or scaling a sales organization within a region, hitting financial targets, owning budgets, coaching and leading sales professionals.
• Deep experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and collaborating across teams to deliver growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement regional sales strategy with targets, pipeline growth and quota planning.
• Lead cross‑region and partner collaborations with Microsoft, Accenture and Client Groups.
• Develop talent, hire and coach regional sales teams to achieve growth KPIs.
• Drive performance, governance, and accountability through KPIs, compensation plans and regional leadership.
• Foster a high‑performance culture and grow the Benelux sales practice.
