Job summary

Hitachi Energy The Netherlands B.V. seeks a seasoned Sales Manager Benelux to lead commercial development across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

You will shape regional strategy with the Country Managing Director, drive profitable order intake, and grow our presence in core segments such as Energy & Utilities, Renewables, Data Centers and EPC. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage complex opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, tendering, and service.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven sales leadership or commercial management in industrial/technical environments.
• Strong track record in defining commercial strategies and regional growth.
• Experience leading multi-country or matrix teams in Benelux markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy for Benelux.
• Expand market presence across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple countries.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM-driven execution.
• Engage customers, partners, and stakeholders to create long-term value.
