Job summary

ARKRAY Europe, B.V. in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Application Specialist to drive growth across Benelux, focusing on hospitals and laboratories. You will plan and execute market strategies for lab, POCT, and diabetes care products, engaging key stakeholders and expanding ARKRAY’s footprint.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical diagnostics sales, strong hospital network, and fluent English and Dutch, with travel across the Benelux region. Office location: Amstelveen, Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct selling experience in clinical diagnostics market (prefer capital equipment).
• Strong contacts within hospital and reference laboratory markets.
• Business level English and Dutch language skills.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) for travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote ARKRAY products to achieve sales targets in Benelux (Netherlands focus).
• Identify prospects, organize meetings, and build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate ARKRAY products and prepare proposals; support pre- and post-sales activities.
• Attend trade shows and conferences; provide market feedback to management.
