Job summary

ARKRAY, Inc. seeks a European Sales Support Specialist to bolster our partnerships across Europe while supporting sales strategies for lab, POCT, and diabetes care products.

The role involves coordinating with partners, organizing demonstrations, and contributing to tender proposals to grow ARKRAY’s market presence in Europe. Training will begin in Japan before transitioning to the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years experience as a Sales Representative in IVD industry.
• Ability to work in Japan for 1+ year of training and return to the Netherlands.
• 1+ year experience communicating with channel partners.
• English skills at a business level.
• Ability to travel to Europe or other regions on a regular or temporary basis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the European region by enhancing brand awareness and providing support.
• Identify potential customers, schedule regular appointments and meetings, and maintain positive customer support.
• Maintain understanding of customer decision-makers and build relationships through regular appointments and meetings.
• Identify and develop KOLs to advocate ARKRAY’s products.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct related research.
• Collaborate with other company members to coordinate pre- and post-sales activities for ARKRAY equipment.
• Address customer questions and resolve conflicts to improve satisfaction.
• Attend and organize trade exhibitions and meetings to represent ARKRAY and provide market insights.
