Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Sales Support Specialist based in the Netherlands to drive sales strategies across Europe in the diabetes care market within the medical devices field. The role focuses on supporting sales efforts, coordinating demonstrations, and contributing to tender proposals to enhance market presence.

Training will take place abroad before a transition to the Netherlands, with regular travel across Europe as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in sales within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.
• Experience communicating with channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the European region by enhancing brand awareness and providing strategic support.
• Identify potential customers, schedule regular appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers through consistent engagement.
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and perform related research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate pre- and post-sales activities effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts to improve satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and meetings while providing market insights.
