Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an HR Advisor BeNeLux to provide hands-on generalist HR advice and payroll support across Belgium and the Netherlands. Based in the BeNeLux region, you will report to the Head of HR Nordics and BeNeLux and collaborate with HR colleagues across BeNeLux.

You will coordinate payroll, advise on HR policies, support the employee lifecycle, and drive cross-border HR initiatives within the BeNeLux and Nordics hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of generalist HR and payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll and Belgian employment law.
• Experience with Dutch HR practices is a plus.
• Proficient with HR data and payroll partners.
• Degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll for BeNeLux (Belgium and the Netherlands), including inputs, checks and issue resolution.
• Advise employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters and HR policies.
• Deliver end-to-end HR support from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide operational HR and Shared Services support across BeNeLux.
• Coordinate fleet-related administration and employee support for Belgium.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across BeNeLux and the Netherlands.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Support HR policy implementation and audits.
• Participate in HR projects across the Northern European Hub.
