Job summary

Construsoft is seeking a Sales Consultant for ProjectSight in the Benelux region. You will engage contractors, engineering firms and construction professionals to improve collaboration, project control and efficiency through digital solutions.

You act as a trusted advisor, developing new business, managing the sales process from contact to close, building relationships with decision-makers and delivering product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Comfortable managing consultative sales conversations.
• Builds trust quickly and communicates confidently with decision-makers.
• Proactive and self-starting mindset.
• Enjoys identifying opportunities and turning them into results.
• Speaks Dutch and English fluently.
• Has experience with software, technology or digital solutions.
• Experience within construction, engineering, BIM, SaaS or digital transformation is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities within the Benelux region.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
• Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Understanding customer challenges and translating them into suitable solutions.
• Delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
• Working closely with consultants, customer success and technical specialists.
• Growing existing customer relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Contributing to regional growth initiatives and market development.
