Job summary

Construsoft in the Benelux region is hiring a Customer Support Engineer to provide first-line software support, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will work with the Support Team to diagnose problems, document cases, and communicate product information to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in technical or customer support, strong Dutch and English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, preferably English as well.
• 2–4 years in technical or customer support, ideally software or construction sector.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• provide first-line technical support via phone, email and chat
• document and track customer issues, ensure proper resolution and follow-up
• escalate complex issues to specialized support or engineering teams
• maintain knowledge of products and services and update FAQs
• keep informed about product updates, new features and bug fixes
• contribute to knowledge base with accurate, up-to-date info
