Job summary

Construsoft is seeking a Sales & Technical Consultant for ProjectSight to cover the Benelux region. You will drive consultative sales, understand customer challenges, and translate them into digital solutions across construction projects.

You will manage opportunities, perform product demonstrations, and collaborate with Consultancy, Customer Success and technical teams to support customers from initial contact to close.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Comfortable with consultative sales conversations and building long-term partnerships.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication with decision-makers.
• Experience with software, technology, or digital solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the Benelux region.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with consultants, customer success and technical teams to provide solutions.
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
