Job summary

AXA XL in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) is seeking a Client Distribution Lead for the Benelux region with focus on Belgium and the Netherlands. You will actively manage and expand client and broker relationships, drive profitable growth, and partner with Underwriting to align AXA XL capabilities with client risk management strategies.

You will report to the Head of Distribution and lead strategic client initiatives, shaping solutions and improving client experience across the Benelux market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; deep knowledge of the Benelux insurance markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client and broker relationships across Benelux Strategic Accounts; drive long-term value and engagement.
• Act as client/broker advocate within AXA XL; ensure needs are understood and delivered.
• Drive profitable growth via new business, renewals and cross-selling with Underwriting.
• Own portfolio performance against retention, premium growth and profitability targets.
• Coordinate underwriting, claims and middle office to deliver seamless multi-line client solutions.
