Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager & Captive Solutions Manager Benelux to oversee client relationships in the Netherlands and captive fronting solutions in the Benelux within the Major Accounts team.

The role reports to the Head of Major Accounts in the Netherlands with a dotted line to the Multinational Segment Leader Continental Europe in Paris, coordinating with Operations and Underwriting Operations for strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing relationships with large and complex clients.
• Understanding of captive fronting programs and Benelux market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate captive programs among underwriting, S&D, brokers, clients, legal, service teams and claims.
• Lead renewal process coordination to ensure outstanding customer experience and delivery of promises.
• Engage clients and brokers through meetings, thought leadership, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on positioning as captive leader and manage related activities.
• Develop a pipeline of captive fronting opportunities with Sales, Major Accounts, and Lines managers.
• Support Major Accounts Head in organizing events such as Risk Forum and Advisory Board.
• Act as client executive for select clients, including non-captive ones.
• Assist local teams in handling captive-related inquiries and renewals.
• Ensure adherence to standardized workflows for Multinational placements and renewals.
