Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager & Captive Solutions Manager Benelux to oversee client relationships in the Netherlands and captive fronting solutions in the Benelux within the Major Accounts team.

The role reports to the Head of Major Accounts in the Netherlands with a dotted line to the Multinational Segment Leader Continental Europe in Paris, coordinating with Operations and Underwriting Operations for strong service delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of captive fronting opportunities with Sales, Major Accounts, and Lines managers.
• Support Major Accounts Head in organizing events such as Risk Forum and Advisory Board.
• Act as client executive for select clients, including non-captive ones.
• Assist local teams in handling captive-related inquiries and renewals.
• Ensure adherence to standardized workflows for Multinational placements and renewals.

Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager & Captive Solutions Manager Benelux is a fundamental role within our Major Accounts team and key for providing our large and complex clients excellent solutions and service. The role covers Client Relationship Management for the Netherlands and Captive Solutions Management for the Benelux region.

1. Client Relationship Management (NL) – Proactive engagement with and knowledge transfer to clients and brokers focused on Chubb’s products & services associated within the Major Accounts segment (complex accounts).
2. Captive Fronting Solutions Management (Benelux) – Manage the portfolio of existing captive clients in the Benelux region, provide expertise to the local teams on captive fronting programs. Promote Chubb’s captive fronting propositions to external stakeholders such as clients, captive managers, risk managers and brokers driving business growth.

The role will report directly into the Head of Major Accounts in the Netherlands and has a dotted line to the Multinational Segment Leader Continental Europe based in Paris. This role will have strong stakeholder alignment with the Operations department and Underwriting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all (captive) programs and services are well coordinated among all relevant stakeholders, including underwriting, S&D, brokers, clients, legal, service teams, and claims;
• Driving service excellence during the captive renewal process by providing coordination and expertise, ensuring Chubb delivers on its promises to the end client and secures outstanding customer experience;
• Structured engagement with our clients and brokers through various approaches such as periodic meetings, thought leadership initiatives, recurring events;
• Work with the Marketing & Communication department on our positioning and visibility as captive leader and coordinate marketing activities and thought leadership initiatives for major clients;
• Build and maintain a prospect pipeline of captive fronting opportunities in close cooperation with Countries' Sales, Major Accounts, and Lines managers. Drive engagement with the identified prospects leading to new business relationships;
• Support the Head of Major Accounts in organizing events such as Risk Forum, Client Advisory Board and stewardship meetings;
• Being the client executive for a select group of clients, also non captive, being a principle contact for them at Chubb;
• Support of the renewal process of Benelux captive accounts, anticipating changes in the fronting structure or collateral requirements based on broker and client update meetings;
• Continuously assist local teams to respond to captive related enquiries/requests received by our clients;
• Monitor and enforce execution by Major Accounts Underwriters to agreed standardized workflows for all Multinational placements and renewals.
