Job summary

Chubb External in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to nurture named partners across the Northern Region, with a primary focus on the Dutch market. You will act as the main commercial contact for partners, ensuring excellent service, driving performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.

You will build long-term relationships, monitor key metrics, and contribute to cross-functional projects while traveling within Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (MSc or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in account management or partnership roles.
• Strong track record in relationship management and achieving targets.
• Proactive, hands-on and collaborative working style.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English, with willingness to travel in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with assigned partners.
