Job summary

Chubb Netherlands is seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Leader to drive the strategic development and performance of its FI portfolio across the Benelux region. You will shape and execute the segment strategy, manage key client and broker relationships, and lead a team of underwriters and specialists in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

Extensive FI underwriting experience across banking, insurance, asset management.
Solid understanding of Financial Lines products and market dynamics.
Demonstrated leadership with team development experience.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a proven delivery track record.
Credibility to engage senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the Financial Institutions strategy aligned with regional/global priorities.
Manage and grow a diversified portfolio across banks, insurers and asset managers.
Strengthen relationships with senior key brokers and clients.
Ensure disciplined underwriting, portfolio profitability and risk management.
Lead and develop a team of underwriters and specialists, fostering high performance.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive consistency and profitable growth.
