Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Partnership Manager to support management and development of named partner relationships within the Northern Consumer Business, focused on the Dutch market. You will collaborate with senior colleagues and partner stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to commercial activity.

The role involves coordinating partner activities, tracking performance, and identifying new business opportunities within existing partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account support or partnership management.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of relationships with assigned partners.
• Coordinate day-to-day partner activities and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Help track financial, commercial, and operational targets.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for partner stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support the identification and development of new business opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance tracking for partner activity.
• Help ensure a high standard of partner service and issue resolution.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and operational improvements as required.
