Job summary

Reporting to the European Senior Channel Sales Director, you will manage Benelux regional accounts, drive growth with distributors, system integrators and OEM partners, and align objectives to maximize long-term value.

Your role covers regional channel strategy, opportunity forecasting in Salesforce, collaboration across functions, and representing HID at trade shows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Exceptional communicator at senior and executive levels.
• Strong relationship builder with negotiation skills and long-term growth delivery.
• 5 years of B2B sales experience managing complex, high-value partner ecosystems.
• Degree in Business Management or relevant subjects.
• Deep expertise in security or technology markets.
• Proven success in solution selling, channel development, and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop HID solution and market expertise to guide partner and customer strategy.
• Develop data-driven account and territory plans aligned with regional growth goals.
• Analyze markets and performance to identify trends, forecast demand, and refine strategy.
• Collaborates across functions to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
• Represents HID as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor at trade shows and events.
