Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Head of Advocacy & Influence Benelux to shape and lead our advocacy strategy across the Benelux region. You will manage a team of 2 direct reports and a broader community of 19 FTEs within the division, collaborating closely with advocacy, media, and product marketing teams to accelerate creator-led campaigns.

You will drive ROI for advocacy investments, build relations with agencies, and stay ahead of trends in social commerce and creator ecosystems, while ensuring English

Qualifications

8+ years in marketing with 2+ years in influencer or digital marketing
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

Lead the advocacy and influence strategy across Benelux, cross-divisional and cross-category.
Manage 2 direct reports and 19 FTEs across the division.
Collaborate with advocacy, media, product marketing, and agency partners to drive campaigns.
Drive ROI and optimize the media mix, including influencer and agency fees.
Develop and lead L’Oréalistar and micro/nano creator programs for impactful campaigns.
Analyze data, report results, and adjust strategy with market insights.
