Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Benelux seeks a Mass Trade Director to drive growth across Drug, Para and E-commerce in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Based in Hoofddorp with regular travel to Brussels, you will lead a multi-country Mass Trade team and align with the cluster strategy.

You will shape the customer strategy, negotiate year-deal terms, manage profitability, and drive activation across channels, while developing the team and fostering streamlined ways of working within

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Commercial experience with negotiation background (year deals, customer P&L management).
• Significant sales / Key Account Management experience in FMCG, beauty or health, in Drug, Mass or E-commerce.
• Team management experience, ideally multi-country.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.
• Comfortable in a multicultural, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the BNL customer strategy across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Achieve sustainable cluster results while leveraging channel shift.
• Plan and monitor yearly and monthly sell-in and sell-out for cluster customers.
• Prepare and conduct year-deal negotiations.
• Manage customer profitability.
• Implement sales activation.
• Create a customer-centric BNL collaboration.
• Build and develop the team in each country.
• Foster simple ways of working across Benelux with all stakeholders.
