Job summary

Elfsquad in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle with manufacturers in the Benelux. You guide prospects from first contact through demos, negotiations, to signed contracts and handover to Customer Solution Managers.

You will work in our commercial team, collaborate with the CCO, qualify opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensure deals align with customer needs and long-term value for Elfsquad.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in or with manufacturing, selling to manufacturers.
• Proven ability to close full B2B sales processes in CPQ/ERP environments.
• Commercial acumen with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process from introduction to signed contract.
• Map out challenges and scope with the prospect during Deep Dive.
• Maintain a realistic forecast and an up-to-date pipeline.
• Close contracts and hand over to Customer Solution Managers with complete context.
