Job summary

Hyatt and Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht invite applications for a Bell Attendant. You will warmly greet guests, help with luggage, and manage car parking in a busy city center hotel. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and a valid EU/EEA work authorisation for the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong English language and communication skills; Dutch is preferred.
• Able to carry luggage and assist guests.
• Flexible schedule; available Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or valid work permit).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests with a warm smile.

• Park and move guests’ cars; navigate the garage entrances.

What does the ROLE entail?

• Being the first point of contact for our guests, always with a warm smile;
• Assisting guests with carrying luggage;
• Parking and moving guests’ cars as needed, being comfortable driving into and out of our garage and in the vicinity;
• Answering any queries guests might have.

Qualifications

Your EXPERIENCE:

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position, due to the nature of its tasks;
• Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, and proficient in parking in tight spaces;
• Great language and communication skills in English and, preferably, in Dutch;
• Able to carry luggage, understanding the physical nature of the job;
• A flexible schedule and being available on Fridays / Saturdays / Sundays;
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
