Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Front Office Host to be the friendly face of our hotel and welcome guests with warmth and efficiency. You will manage guest interactions, check-in/out, and ensure a memorable stay in a busy airport area.

You will join an international team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service, handling calls, and resolving requests promptly. Fluency in English and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-oriented role.
• Familiar with OPERA and/or Micros.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Own the check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Answer internal and external phone calls.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly.

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming hotel with 330 rooms, serving both business and leisure guests in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. We believe in caring for people so they can be their best—our guests and our colleagues.

• You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
• You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
• You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out;
• You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
• You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;

• This role is graded under the Dutch Horeca CLA using the ‘referentiefuncties Horeca’ and is classified in salary group IV, including the applicable salary scale for full‑time employment. The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from €2.468,35.–€2.778,00, based on full‑time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience.
• We offer 25 vacation days (full-time), 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, daily meal, and 5 extra paid paternity leave days after 1 year
• You have a European passport or Dutch working permit
• You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills;
• You are flexible working different shifts;morning and evening
