Flix in Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Regional Operations Manager to shape and improve regional operations across the Benelux. You will own regional partnerships, lead improvement projects, analyze KPIs, and negotiate with partners while collaborating with HQ, Tech, and local teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own regional partnerships by building strong relationships and acting as the main operational contact.
• Lead improvement projects that enhance vehicle quality, driver standards, partner support, and service delivery.
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify gaps and optimize the network.
• Negotiate with partners on compliance, quality upgrades and long-term commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with HQ, Tech, and local teams to ensure seamless operations.
