Job summary

Flix is seeking a (Senior) Regional Operations Manager for Amsterdam to shape regional operations across the Benelux. You will own partnerships, drive improvements in vehicle quality and partner support, and analyze KPIs to optimize the network.

Expect cross-functional collaboration with HQ, Tech, and local teams, plus regular field visits. The role requires a hands-on, field-oriented leader with strong English and Dutch, a driving license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Experience in Bus/Passenger transportation is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English & Dutch; French is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented, with ownership mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-team influence.
• Hands-on, field-oriented with driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own regional partnerships by building strong relationships and acting as the main operational contact.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance vehicle quality, driver standards, partner support, and service delivery.
• Analyze KPIs and data to identify gaps, optimize the network and translate insights into actions.
• Negotiate with partners on compliance, quality upgrades and long-term commitments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ, Tech and local teams to ensure aligned priorities.
• Visit stations and gather field feedback to drive continuous improvement.
