Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a motivated BD Associate to drive growth for its Dutch and Belgian business. You will identify and qualify opportunities, research accounts, support outreach, and help build a robust pipeline across asset managers and financial institutions.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success teams in a hybrid environment, developing enterprise sales skills and exposure to ESG and regulatory solutions while engaging senior clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospecting, research, and lead generation.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to work independently.
• Interest in ESG and sustainable finance topics.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support territory and account planning activities.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success teams.
• Contribute to pipeline generation and market development across Belgium and the Netherlands.
