Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet set-up and inspections to ensure spaces meet client specs and are inspected on schedule
• Drive seamless event turnover with breakdown and clean-up to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness for future functions
• Uphold space presentation standards by guiding furniture care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and overall banquet space presentation
• Support planning, organization and execution of all banquet functions
• Enhance guest experiences by collaborating with Culinary and F&B teams to monitor service, address feedback, resolve issues, and drive improvements to the banqueting experience
• Champion Hilton’s culture by fostering a diverse, high-performing team and leading with engagement
• Lead and develop banquet/facilities team members, providing coaching and ensuring a motivated, collaborative work environment
