Responsibilities

• Oversee event set-up and inspections: provide direction to banquet set-up team and managers to ensure spaces meet client specs and inspections are on schedule.
• Drive seamless event turnover: oversee breakdown and cleanup to maintain high cleanliness and readiness for future functions.
• Uphold space presentation standards: guide team in furniture care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning and overall banqueting space presentation.
• Support event success: assist with planning, organization and execution of all banquet functions.
• Enhance guest experiences: monitor service quality, address feedback, resolve issues and drive improvements to the banqueting experience.
• Champion company culture: foster a diverse, high-performing team aligned with Hilton values and guest-centric approach.
• Lead and develop the team: coach and manage banquet/facilities staff, address issues, and promote collaboration.
