Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium Amsterdam is seeking an Assistant Banqueting Manager to join our Banqueting Operations team. You will oversee daily operations of the banqueting department, lead the banqueting teams, coordinate with Sales and Culinary, and ensure service meets the brand's high standards.

The role requires prior banqueting experience in a hotel or conference centre, leadership experience, strong English (Dutch a plus), and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and late

Qualifications

• Must have prior banqueting experience in a hotel or conference centre.
• Experience as assistant manager or team leader.
• Good command of English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the hotel’s Banqueting department.
• Supervise banqueting teams, organise meetings, training and administration.
• Ensure service meets the brand's highest standards.
