Visa is seeking a strategic leader to drive B2B acceptance growth across Europe. You will partner with priority acquirers and issuer partners to identify commercial opportunities, develop growth strategies, and commercialize new acceptance solutions.

You will build and lead multi-stakeholder engagements across Product, Commercialisation, Sales and regional teams to expand supplier adoption and payment volumes.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant acquiring, B2B payments, commercial payments, acceptance or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with acquirers on B2B payment acceptance growth, proposition development or commercialization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, commercial card acceptance and B2B payment flows.
• Proven track record of developing commercial opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Experience working directly with acquirers, financial institutions, payment providers or fintechs.
• Experience influencing senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong business development, relationship management and client engagement skills.
• Ability to operate independently and lead strategic client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of priority European acquirers and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Identify and develop B2B acceptance growth opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead discussions on growth priorities, market opportunities and investment decisions.
• Support acquirers in building and executing B2B sales and growth plans.
• Develop growth strategies focused on supplier acquisition, activation and payment volume growth.
• Coordinate internal Visa teams to deliver cross-functional support.
