Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is assisting an international manufacturer in finding a Customer Support Specialist for the EMEA team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality B2B support across European markets, coordinating orders, logistics and communications in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle orders and inquiries via phone and email, process data in SAP and CRM, support credit management and pricing updates, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email with product information, pricing, orders.
• Process orders in SAP/CRM and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with warehouses and internal teams on inventory and logistics.
• Handle complaints, returns and quality inquiries professionally.
• Support Regional Sales Managers and internal stakeholders with requests.
• Monitor customer transaction trends and report insights to management.
• Assist with quotes, pricing updates and pricing file maintenance.
• Support credit management activities, including payment follow-up and credit checks.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and workflows.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and procedures.
• Maintain high responsiveness, accuracy and customer satisfaction across interactions.
