Job summary

The position involves multi-language support and collaboration with regional teams in a hybrid work arrangement after an initial training period. Primary duties include handling inquiries via phone/email, maintaining records in SAP/CRM, and supporting sales and marketing colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and other EU languages.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Comfortable working quickly and accurately in data-entry systems.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service with sales/retail experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails (orders, product information, pricing).
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in SAP/CRM systems.
• Support Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Specialists.
• Spot trends in customer transactions to flag opportunities for the team.
• Assist with quotes, pricing, and price list maintenance.
