Job summary

Direct Maintenance group is seeking an Operations Support Officer to back our line maintenance network across Europe. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, coordinate Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, and act as the operational link between customers and the Operations team for day-to-day requests.

You bring strong planning, coordination, and communication skills, with experience in logistics, aviation maintenance, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, aviation maintenance, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent planning, organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to line maintenance stations across the network.
• Coordinate Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events and other unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Act as the primary operational link between customers and the Operations team for day-to-day requests.
• Coordinate AML applications, renewals, extensions, and validations with NAAs.
• Monitor maintenance contracts and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Support MOE improvements, procedures and internal processes.
• Coordinate operational assets including vehicles, GSE and other resources.
• Support implementation of new IT systems and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.
